Who We Are

Locals Care is a program of Independent Business Network Services (IBNS), a limited liability corporation in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Independent Business Network Services LLC (IBNS) provides consulting and technology services to independent business alliances and their member merchants through the Locals Care program. The IBNS mission is to establish a cooperative nationwide network of community-based electronic loyalty and gift card programs.
